Questionnaire volume estimator

Four questions about your pipeline, and an estimate of the security review load it brings next year.

Security reviews scale with the deals you win and the buyers you sell to. This estimates next year's review load from your pipeline, so you can plan who handles it before it arrives. The ratios below are planning assumptions, stated openly, not survey data.

How many new B2B deals do you expect to close next year?

What share are enterprise or regulated buyers?

Roughly what share of deals that reach security review do you win?

Reviews happen before the win, so losses still cost review time.

Do existing customers re-review you each year?

The assumptions

An enterprise or regulated deal is assumed to bring a full questionnaire; other deals bring one in three. Reviews happen on deals you lose too, so the count is divided by your win rate at review stage. Annual re-reviews add a share of existing customers. Each questionnaire is costed at a day of work without an answer library and two hours with one.

Common questions

Why divide by win rate?

Because you answer questionnaires for deals you later lose. If you win a third of deals that reach review, each win costs three reviews.
