Conveyor review for Canadian buyers

Conveyor is built for the team drowning in questionnaires. The trust page is part of it; the answering engine is the point.

Conveyor combines a trust centre with AI-assisted answering of security questionnaires, drafting responses from your approved content and documents. It suits sales and security teams whose main pain is volume of questionnaires rather than document sharing.

What does it do well?

  • Questionnaire speed. Drafts answers from your library across spreadsheet and portal formats.
  • Trust page included. Document sharing and NDA requests alongside answering.

What should we watch for?

  • Library quality. AI drafts are only as accurate as the content behind them. Build the answer library first.
  • Review every answer. An unreviewed AI answer is still your statement.
  • Pricing basis. Check whether it scales with questionnaires, seats or both.

Who is it for?

Teams receiving many custom questionnaires. Compare in the comparison, or hand the work to a managed service.

How do we evaluate an AI questionnaire tool?

Run a trial on a real questionnaire you completed last quarter, with the answers hidden. Compare the tool's drafts with what you actually sent. Three numbers matter: how many drafts were usable with light edits, how many were wrong, and how many the tool left blank. Wrong answers are the dangerous category, because a tired reviewer approves them.

  • Source tracing. Can you see which library entry or document each draft came from?
  • Confidence flags. Does it mark drafts it is unsure of, rather than filling every cell?
  • Formats. Does it handle the spreadsheets and portals your buyers actually use?
  • Data handling. Where are your documents and the questionnaires stored, and does the vendor or its model provider train on them?

What should a Canadian buyer ask?

Ask where your documents, answer library and buyers' questionnaires are hosted, which AI model providers process them and where, and whether any of it is used for training. Your answer library describes your security in detail, so treat the vendor as a subprocessor and list it. Ask for pricing in CAD or confirm the USD basis, and whether cost scales with questionnaires or seats.

What are the alternatives?

A trust feature in a compliance platform you already pay for, a different standalone platform, or a managed trust centre where a provider answers questionnaires from your library as an add-on. If questionnaires are rare, a well-kept answer library in a spreadsheet may be all you need.

Common questions

Can AI answer security questionnaires accurately?

It can draft accurately from a good library and saves a great deal of time. It cannot know about a control you have not documented, so a person must review every answer before sending.
