Vanta Trust Center is the trust page built into Vanta, the compliance automation platform. It can show compliance status and control information drawn from what Vanta monitors, host gated documents, and connect to Vanta's questionnaire tooling. For an existing Vanta customer it is the natural place to start, because the evidence is already there.
What does it do well?
- Live evidence. Status comes from the same monitoring your audit uses.
- One vendor. No separate contract if your plan includes it.
- Questionnaire support. Vanta sells questionnaire automation alongside the trust page.
What should we watch for?
- Plan inclusion. Confirm which tier includes the trust centre and which features.
- Showing live monitoring publicly. Decide what status you want visible before switching it on.
- People. It does not answer the custom questions or approve requests for you.
Who is it for?

How do we set it up well?
- Decide what status to show. Frameworks and report dates at minimum; live monitoring only if you are happy for a reviewer to see a failing test.
- Load gated documents. Current report, bridge letter, penetration test letter, policies.
- Add Canadian content by hand. Data residency, subprocessors and your privacy contact. See data residency.
- Write approval rules so customers and active prospects get documents without waiting.
- Connect the answer library to questionnaire tooling if your plan includes it, and review every draft.
What should a Canadian customer check?
Where Vanta hosts trust page content and viewer logs, whether pricing is in USD, and whether the plan includes questionnaire automation. Canadian buyers ask where data is stored before anything else, so put the residency statement at the top of the page.
